Canine Dry Dog Skin Infection, White Bumps on the Skin

My Dutch Hound 3 years old has developed white bumps on her face. It looks like the hair has fallen out. It looks like dry skin and is about as big as a match stick’s head and some are a bit bigger. What can be causing the problem and what is the solution?

We advise you to take your dog to the Vet's for a diagnosis. It sounds like a skin infection that could be caused by an allergy. It could also be cysts or an allergic reaction to something.
