I was able to wean him off steroids."After an entire spring and summer of taking my 6 yr old lab to the vet – diagnosed with allergies – on and off antibiotics and steroids – his skin was not improved. He appeared to have eczema-like lesions, severe itching and was losing his hair! I learned about your product – and after 2 weeks saw dramatic improvement. I was finally able to wean him off the steroids. His hair has grown back and has no signs of lesions or itching! Spring is around the corner – I will continue to use the Derma-IonX and hope for continued success!! PS – I have a friend with a golden who has been on steroids for years due to skin issues. She tried your product and her dog is also DOING GREAT!!!" Nancy L, New York 03/19/10 __________________________________________ “I’m sold!” "I have to say after trying MULTIPLE so called remedies to cure our lab’s skin condition (vitamin pastes, powder supplements, steroids, etc) I was a little skeptical if your product would even work. Steroids were the only way she was able to find relief. After 4 weeks using your product, I’m sold. It actually works. THANK YOU!! I combine Derma-ionx with pro-biotics every morning in her water and she has no more psoriasis or dandruff. She still itches a little, but nothing like it was before. We can’t thank you enough. I will be making my order again soon once we are running low. Thank you from a very satisfied customer!" - Karen S, California 03/04/11 _______________________________________ “…he stopped itching completely, his skin is no longer red and irritated, and he’s as healthy as if years were erased." I really want to thank you for all your help and advice during our time with our dog. He developed a severe skin irritation which was making him itch uncontrollably and lose hair. After using your product for a little over a month (this was all over his body) he stopped itching completely, his skin is no longer red and irritated, and he’s as healthy as if years were erased. Like a puppy now. We contribute this to using Derma-IonX and H20-IonX. Bottom line – these products work great! Well worth more than we paid. Again, thank you for all of your help and advice! - Chuck G, NJ 01/02/11 Read more reviews

Dog Allergies
An
allergy is an allergic reaction to a specific inhalant, food or
something in their environment that
has caused your dog to have specific symptoms like a skin
infection.
An
allergic reaction will not happen in dogs after their first experience
to the specific allergen as the first experience will cause the dog's
immune system to produce antibodies for the specific allergen. It is
the second exposure that will trigger a reaction between the
allergen and antibody which will then release a histamine.
Although an allergic reaction in people will often produce rashes or
effect the respiratory system, in dogs it is very common for the
reaction to produce a skin infections.
Allergies
in dogs are often caused by the following...
- Something your dog has
inhaled i.e molds, grasses or dust mites.
- Fleas, mites or insect
bites.
