Possibly Missing Dog

The picture of this dog, Peyton, looks EXACTLY like a dog I just got from a shelter 2 weeks ago in SC. This may sound ridiculous, but is there any possible way that it is her? Are they missing their dog Peyton? It's weird too because my dog Lily does the same thing with the crate. I literally have to pick her up because when I ask her to get in her crate she rolls on her back, all 4's up in the air.
