Puppy Not Barking Yet

I have a fantastic four month old springer spaniel, he's easy to train is very energetic, has regular long walks in fields and woods but has hardly barked at all. in fact no more than four times since we had him at eight weeks old. any ideas why not would be much appreciated. thankyou.

I really would not worry about this at all. I have done a fair amount of research with previous cases and across the internet and it is actually very common for dogs not to bark. It is also common for dogs (and puppies) to bark too much. If you have a puppy that is not barking this is quite normal and your pooch will soon find her bark when she needs it!
